Novapark Hotel - Santiago

The hotel location is excellent, close to major attractions and public transport. The AC leaked constantly .

Location: the hotel was near to Santiago, many tourist sites, and Centro Cultural Gabriela Mistral, Palacio de la Moneda, Cerro San Cristobal...

The units are silent, new-fashioned with comfortable beds. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, short walk to Metro.

Just stayed at Novapark for 5 nights in a spacious Standard Double Room. Enjoyed the everyday cleaning and flexibility with our requests. The air con leaked a lot, though, which disrupted our sleep a bit. Great local laundry advice too!

Had double room with good internal space, coffee, tea. Decent very central location and efficient staff. And very close to from a walkable distance of the pedestrian paths, and the city centre.

The staff was very helpful, providing local advice and accommodating my requests promptly, which significantly improved my experience.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in my room was unreliable, leading to uncomfortable temperatures and disrupted sleep .

They checked me in early, particularly given my long journey. The hotel's chic decor and cleanliness added to my comfort.

the location was particularly good and absolutely perfect for walking around a public university. and we were near to close to the main centre of the city, centro cultural gabriela mistral, palacio de la moneda, cerro san cristobal, and a subway/metro station.

Very helpful staff made this a pleasant stay.

The breakfast was limited for a hotel of this category, offering only bread, ham & cheese, and some bakery items without considering dietary needs. The noise from the buses outside was unbearable, disrupting my sleep nightly. The room was not soundproof, which compounded my discomfort.

my stay was really enjoyable thanks to the hotel being just a short walk away from the fine Cerro Santa Lucia and the picturesque Barrio Lastarria, making my leisurely strolls around the city an absolute delight.
